The cost of basic insurance with Access America is $68 and up, depending on the cost of your cruise.

Insurance coverage may be paid at any time from the deposit up to final payment; however, Trip Cancellation coverage for pre-existing medical conditions only takes effect if the premium is paid within 14 days of your initial cruise deposit. Note that Trip Cancellation insurance is only for US citizens.
